The team FlashLED, with Nil Solans and Jordi Gilberga, at the controls of a GIAND, they took the first two positions in the inaugural test of the GSERIES, the motorsport races on ice that take place at the Andorra Circuit.
In the first initial meeting of the 2022 season at the Circuit Andorra , which took place this past weekend, with a pleasant winter atmosphere, highlighted the presence of World Cup drivers such as Dani Sordo, Yohan Rossel, Nil Solans, Christine Giampaoli or the youngsters from the Andorra Automobile Club (ACA), Àlex " Site” Spanish.
The competition started with the mastery of official pilot and FlashLED ambassador Nil Solans that in the qualifying heat (QP) he was the driver with the best lap (50”283) which gave him the pole-position of Final A and the best time in the computation of the 4 laps disputed (3'22”445), which represented the first points for the championship.
In this race, Gilberga showed that whoever had, retained and set a fourth best time that gave him access to a second position, ahead of the driver Dani Sordo, on the Final B grid.
FlashLED dominated in both races . In Final A the leadership of Nil Solans was confirmed, who started first and held the position until his final victory, while in Final B, Jordi Gilberga (who shared the FlashLED Giand with Nil) was the smartest at the start taking the lead on the first lap and leaving his rivals to fight for second place.
